Reverie Media LLC is a coaching and professional development company operating under the Clarity Under Pressure brand. We build AI tools, burnout prevention resources and lifestyle tools for professionals in high-stakes careers. We are based in the United States.

This privacy policy applies to all websites, tools, apps and services owned and operated by Reverie Media LLC, including the following current and planned properties.

What we collect depends on which tool you are using. Here is a complete picture across all our properties.

On our website and assessment tools, you may provide your email address to receive assessment results, a free guide or our mailing list. We do not ask for your name, age, location or any identifying information beyond email unless you choose to share it.

In The Considered Wardrobe app, you enter descriptions of clothing items you own, context about your workplace, lifestyle and climate, and your style quiz answers. We do not ask for your size, age, income or anything that would identify you personally.

In the Burnout Assessment, you answer 15 questions about your relationship with work and pressure. Your answers are scored to generate your archetype result. You may optionally provide your email to receive your full report.

In our Poe-hosted apps, conversations with Clarity Coach and SoulCode Dreams are subject to Poe's own privacy policy in addition to ours. We do not have access to individual conversation data from Poe users unless you share it with us directly.

In the Reverie Media concierge chatbot, once launched, conversations will be processed in real time to generate responses. We will update this policy with specific details before that tool goes live.

We use the information you share for the following purposes only.

• To generate your personal guide, reflection or assessment result through Claude AI
• To send you the result or resource you requested by email
• To add you to our mailing list if you opt in, and send you relevant guidance
• To understand which tools are most useful so we can improve them

Several of our tools use Claude AI, a service provided by Anthropic, PBC. This includes The Considered Wardrobe, the style quiz, the burnout assessment results and the planned website concierge.

When you interact with any tool that generates a personalized result, your input is sent to Anthropic's servers to be processed and a response is returned. We do not store the content of those exchanges on our own servers.

Anthropic has its own privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default under its current commercial terms.

Our Poe-hosted tools use Claude AI through Poe's platform. Poe's privacy policy at poe.com/privacy governs how those interactions are handled on their platform.

Some Reverie Media tools are hosted on platforms like Poe that have their own terms and privacy policies. When you use a Reverie Media tool on a third-party platform, both their privacy policy and this one apply.

The tool is ours. The platform is theirs.

As we expand to other hosting platforms for future tools we will list them here and note any platform-specific privacy considerations. Our standard is to use platforms with clear, transparent privacy practices that do not require unnecessary personal data collection from users.

Our mailing list is managed through Kit, formerly known as ConvertKit. If you provide your email address on any Reverie Media property, it is stored in Kit's platform under their privacy policy at kit.com/privacy.

When you subscribe we record which tool or form you used. This helps us send you relevant content and understand which tools are most useful. It does not result in any additional sharing of your data.

We will never sell your email address. We will never share it with third parties for marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send, or contact us and we will remove you immediately.

Content you enter into our tools to generate results, including wardrobe inventory, quiz answers and assessment responses, is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after your session ends. When you close the browser tab, that content is gone from our end.

If you download or print a guide, that file lives on your own device. We do not retain a copy.

Your email address is retained in Kit's platform until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

If we introduce user accounts with stored data in any future version of our tools, we will update this policy before that happens and notify existing subscribers. Any stored profiles inactive for more than two years will be deleted with advance email notice to you.

Our tools and website do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that identify you personally. We do not track your behavior across other websites.

Our website host, GoDaddy, may collect standard server log data such as IP addresses and browser types as part of normal hosting operations. This is governed by GoDaddy's privacy policy.

Third-party platforms where our tools are hosted, such as Poe, may use their own cookies and tracking as described in their policies. If we add our own analytics in the future we will update this policy and use tools that respect your privacy by default.

You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct it and to ask us to delete it.

Since we do not store your session content after use, there is generally nothing to delete from our servers beyond your email address. To be removed from our mailing list, click unsubscribe in any email or contact us directly and we will remove you immediately.

If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or the CCPA respectively. We are a small business and we take these rights seriously. Contact us directly and we will respond promptly.

All Reverie Media tools and content are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has used one of our tools and shared personal information, please contact us and we will address it immediately.

We will update this policy as our tools and practices evolve. The properties list will be updated whenever we launch something new. If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your data we will update the effective date at the top and notify existing subscribers by email before those changes take effect.

We will never introduce changes that make this policy less protective of your information without giving you the opportunity to opt out.
